Make Yourself AI, or myai, pronounced maya. The name is the idea: equip people to solve their own problems.
Mark started as a quality engineer on the manufacturing floor, diagnosing defects, running kaizen events, and building the planning tools his teams relied on. He carried that operator-first approach through lean leadership and nearly six years leading product growth and ecosystem strategy at Tulip. His question has stayed the same: how do you equip the people doing the work to solve their own problems?
William’s path runs through engineering, consulting, product, and platform. At GE Aerospace, PwC, and Tulip, he worked inside factories across metals, defense, medical device, and biopharma. He kept finding the same gap: the people who understood the problem best did not have tools built around how the work actually ran. So he started building.
