Make Yourself AI Inc. (“myai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website (makeyourself.ai) or use our platform.

• Contact information: name, email address, company name, and job title when you book a conversation, submit a form, or create an account
• Account information: credentials and profile data when you register for the platform
• Communications: messages you send us via email or through the platform

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions with the platform (collected via PostHog)
• Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below

Information from enterprise customers

When enterprise customers use the myai platform, they may process business data that includes personal information of their employees or contacts (names, employee IDs, email addresses, job titles). In this context, the customer is the data controller and myai is the data processor. Processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the website and platform
• Communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and scheduled meetings
• Improve our services through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
• Ensure security by detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations where required

We do not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. Customer data transmitted to AI model APIs (Anthropic) is processed ephemerally and not retained by the model provider.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Sub-processors: with the service providers listed in our Sub-Processor List who help us deliver the platform
• Legal compliance: when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account, deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized; identifiable data retained for up to 12 months
• Enterprise customer data: retained per the terms of the applicable MSA and DPA, and deleted or returned within 30 days of contract termination

You have the right to:

We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. EU visitors must opt in before non-essential cookies are set. US visitors may opt out at any time.

8. AI Transparency

myai uses artificial intelligence to power workflow automation. Our commitments:

• We do not train AI models on customer data
• Data transmitted to AI APIs is processed ephemerally and not retained
• PII is detected and handled according to our data processing practices
• All AI sub-processors are disclosed in our Sub-Processor List
• Human oversight is maintained for sensitive workflows

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access them from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.
