Make Yourself AI Inc. (“myai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website (makeyourself.ai) or use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact information: name, email address, company name, and job title when you book a conversation, submit a form, or create an account
• Account information: credentials and profile data when you register for the platform
• Communications: messages you send us via email or through the platform

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions with the platform (collected via PostHog)
• Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below

Information from enterprise customers

When enterprise customers use the myai platform, they may process business data that includes personal information of their employees or contacts (names, employee IDs, email addresses, job titles). In this context, the customer is the data controller and myai is the data processor. This processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into between myai and the customer.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the website and platform
• Communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and scheduled meetings
• Improve our services through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
• Ensure security by detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations where required

We do not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. Our third-party AI model provider (Google Vertex AI) is contractually restricted under the Vertex AI service terms from using customer data to train or improve its models, and does not retain customer data beyond what is necessary to process the applicable request and meet its legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Sub-processors: with the service providers listed in our Sub-Processor List who help us deliver the platform
• Legal compliance: when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Analytics data: retained in identifiable form for up to 12 months, after which it is aggregated or anonymized
• Enterprise customer data: retained per the terms of the applicable MSA and DPA, and deleted or returned within 30 days of contract termination

5. Your Rights

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise the rights described below by contacting us at privacy@makeyourself.ai. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 45 days — and may extend that period where permitted by law, with notice to you. We do not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at privacy@makeyourself.ai with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

All users

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising); limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you); and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Residents of other U.S. states

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon, among others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to appeal a denied request. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including:

8. AI Transparency

myai uses artificial intelligence to power workflow automation. Our commitments:

• We do not train AI models on customer data.
• Our AI model provider (Google Vertex AI) is contractually restricted from training on customer data and from retaining it beyond what is necessary to process the request and meet its legal obligations.
• AI sub-processors are disclosed in our Sub-Processor List.
• Human oversight is maintained for sensitive workflows.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Where Data Is Hosted

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date and, for account holders, by email or in-product notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
