Pricing built around your problem,
not a feature grid.

Every myai engagement starts with a conversation. We scope the work together, then price based on the complexity of your operations and the systems we connect.

How we scope and price

01

Conversation

30 minutes. You tell us what's broken. We ask questions. No pitch deck.

02

Discovery

We map your systems, data flows, and the people who depend on them. Free.

03

Proposal

A scoped engagement with clear deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No surprises.

Common questions

Why isn't there a self-serve pricing page?

Two things move cost more than anything else. First: how bought-in your team is. If the operators we're working with are rolling up their sleeves with us, we spend less time convincing people internally and more time building. Second: how much we're fixing at once. Tech integration alone is one cost. Tech plus broken processes is another. Tech plus processes plus a culture question is a different conversation. We'll tell you honestly after discovery.

Where do you start?

Two filters. One qualitative: if we solve this problem, do we earn the trust to push bigger improvements next? One quantitative: can we trace the fix back to a P&L line, a monthly operating KPI, or anything the business already watches? If both answers are yes, we start there. If only one, we keep talking.

What does forward-deployed engineering mean?

We get accounts in your systems and email addresses on your domain. On a good day, people on your floor cannot tell us apart from your team. We spend heavy time on-site and we train your team to train their team. We connect to the lifeblood system first: a piece of the ERP where possible, the SharePoint folder where the real knowledge lives. By end of week one we show up with a plan, not a PowerPoint. The plan has four parts: the first use case, the architecture behind it, the process side that has to change, and a baseline of where you are today. All of it built inside myai, because we're onboarding you to the tool while we're building the plan. The ROI piece runs financial, operational, financial: we figure out how your business makes money, show you how we'll fix it on the floor, and keep the thread back to the P&L number that moves.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a structured pilot program. You see the platform working with your real data before committing to a full engagement.

What's the typical contract length?

Pilots run 8-12 weeks. Full engagements are typically annual with quarterly review points.
