Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services provided by Make Yourself AI Inc., a Delaware corporation (“myai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Enterprise customers with a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) are governed by the MSA where it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms apply to general website use and platform access not covered by an MSA.

1. Description of Service

myai is an AI agent orchestration platform designed for manufacturing and industrial operations. The platform enables users to automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and deploy AI-assisted processes within their organizations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the entity you represent. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation
• Process personally identifiable information without a lawful basis
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Attempt to extract, replicate, or reproduce myai’s AI models, algorithms, or proprietary workflows
• Circumvent access controls, authentication, or usage limits
• Use the platform to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Benchmark the platform for competitive analysis without written consent
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Use AI-generated outputs as final authoritative decisions in regulated contexts without appropriate human oversight
• Exceed documented usage limits or use automated scripts to overwhelm platform resources

We may monitor usage for compliance and may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, models, workflows, documentation, and design, is owned by Make Yourself AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant myai a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Specific Terms

Our platform uses third-party AI model providers (including Anthropic) to process workflows. Customer data transmitted to AI model APIs is processed ephemerally and is not retained by the model provider beyond the request. We do not use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models.

AI-generated outputs are provided as assistance and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions, particularly in regulated or safety-critical contexts.

6. Data Processing

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may request one during the contracting process. Our current sub-processors are listed on our Sub-Processor List below.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to myai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
