Canvas sharing and collaboration

Canvas edits from one teammate appear in everyone else's view in real time.

Permission controls

Three access levels apply per share:

• View: read-only access to explore the Canvas
• Edit: modify content and structure
• Admin: full control plus sharing settings

Each contributor's edits are tracked, so you can see who made what change.

Activity log

Every change writes to the Canvas activity log: who updated it, what changed, and when. The log is the audit trail across edits, sharing actions, and ownership transfers.

Getting started

1. Open any Canvas
2. Click Share in the top right
3. Add teammate emails and pick their permission level
4. Invitations send immediately. Collaborators join on acceptance.
