A clearer way to share
The share dialog has a people picker with avatars, so you confirm by face rather than guessing at an email. Set view, edit, or admin access in the same place, and the confirmation names exactly who you shared with.
Permissions that flow through the graph
Access now resolves from your relationship graph, with one helpful consequence: share a template once and your teammates can see every record it produces, automatically. When access cannot be confirmed, the answer defaults to no, so nothing leaks by accident.
Collaborate on a canvas in real time
Share a canvas and edit it together, with changes appearing in every collaborator's view as they happen. An activity log records who changed what and when, across edits, sharing, and ownership.
Reliability: the share dialog always loads fresh, so people with edit access are never missing from the list.
