Threaded chat tabs
Open multiple chats side-by-side in tabs. Each tab tracks its own thread of work orders so you can follow a line of reasoning without losing the others.
The chat panel now organizes conversations into threaded tabs.
Multiple chats, one workspace
Tabs along the top of the chat panel hold open conversations. Each tab tracks its own chain of related work orders, so a long-running customer thread does not get tangled up with a quick lookup. Tabs load lazily with scroll-back, and a grouped overview shows all active threads.
Pick up where you left off
Reopening a tab restores the message history without rerunning anything. Active turns continue where they were when you switched away.
