Infor CloudSuite

Read and write Infor CloudSuite data across manufacturing, distribution, finance, and service management from any myai canvas, function, or chat.

ERP & OperationsComing soon

Infor CloudSuite is the industry-vertical cloud ERP — particularly common in discrete and process manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and food & beverage. When the integration lands, myai will treat the Infor REST surface as a live data source for chats, canvases, and functions, so the manufacturing or distribution data sitting in CloudSuite becomes queryable from automations without standing up a separate BI tier.

What you'll be able to do

  • Pull operational state into a chat — production orders, inventory, work-in-progress, financial state — all queryable inline.
  • Industry-specific schemas — the version of CloudSuite tuned to your industry (Industrial, Distribution, Healthcare, Food & Beverage) has its own object model; the integration reads the metadata and exposes it natively.
  • Write back from automations — update an order, log a quality event, post an inventory transaction when conditions fire elsewhere.
  • Document Management Service — CloudSuite's attached documents reachable through the same credential.
  • Multi-tenant via instance URL — multi-entity deployments each get their own credential cleanly.

How it'll work

OAuth 2.0 via Infor OS (the platform-as-a-service layer). Connect via service principal credentials your CloudSuite admin provides; standard OAuth client-credentials flow.

Use cases we're hearing

  • Shop-floor dashboards mixing Infor production data with shop-floor sensor signals or quality system records in a single canvas.
  • Distribution automation — order shipped in CloudSuite triggers downstream updates (CRM, customer email, freight system) automatically.
  • Service-management workflows — open service orders read from CloudSuite, routed to the right technician via Teams or scheduling automation.

Reference

  • Connection model: Infor OS OAuth 2.0 (service principal)
  • Scope: ~85 operations spanning Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR, Service Management
