NetSuite is the cloud ERP a lot of growing services and product companies land on when QuickBooks runs out of room but SAP is overkill. When the integration lands, the NetSuite REST Web Services surface — accounting, inventory, order management, CRM — will be queryable from chats, canvases, and functions, so the financial and operational state living in NetSuite becomes usable from automations without an integration vendor in the middle.

• Write back from automations — create a sales order, update a customer record, post a journal entry when conditions fire elsewhere in your stack.
• Custom records and fields — NetSuite's per-tenant customization model will work natively; no per-field wiring.
• Saved search execution — the SuiteAnalytics saved searches your team has already built become reusable from chat and from functions.
• Multi-subsidiary aware — for OneWorld deployments, the integration will respect the consolidated/per-subsidiary model.

How it'll work

OAuth 2.0 via NetSuite's REST Web Services. Connect via Token-Based Auth (TBA) credentials your NetSuite admin provides; the integration handles signing and refresh.
